You operating system.
The version of PageNest you are using. This is displayed in the title bar or the
About window: Select Help|About.
The address of the website you where trying to access (If it's a
problem with a site).
A description of the problem. Include any information you think
may be relevant including a step by step description of what you
did and any messages displayed.
