Edit Update Groups Window
(Pro version only)
An update group is a set of options to tell PageNest when to download a website. A group can be set to run on selected days of the week or date of the month and can run at a selected time of those days, or at regular times throughout the day. Groups can also be set to run manually, when selected by the user.
You can display the window from the menu item Options|Update Groups or from the Update page of the Site Wizard.
PageNest ships with set of example groups, but you can add your own to run at specific times, or create groups for related sites which you want to be updated together.
Select a group from the Groups list to edit it, or click New to create a new group.
Name is your chosen name for the group. Name it after the time you want it to run, or to classify the types of sites you want in the group.
Choose an Icon to be associated with the group.
Select Update manually to create a group which will be run when you tell it to, or Update at the following times for the group to update automatically.
If you selected Update at the following times for the group you can select options in the Day and Time boxes to tell PageNest when to update the sites in the group.
Check days within On selected days for the update to run on one or more days of the week.
Check On the nth of every month to run on a selected date every month.
In the Time box you can choose at what time or times the update should happen.
To update once on each date, select At this time.
To update at regular intervals throughout the day select Every n minutes. For example, to update every hour between 9am and 5pm select Every 60 minutes between 09:00 and 17:00.
